Business Intelligence Analyst

,[Responsibilities:, Design, build and maintain accessible Power BI reports, dashboards and reporting outputs for corporate impact KPIs , Develop robust Power Query transformations, semantic data models, relationships, calculations and DAX measures , Clean, process and model quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources, including survey responses and stakeholder feedback , Develop data-quality checks, validation rules, exception reporting and reconciliations to improve accuracy, completeness and consistency , Apply agreed KPI definitions, calculation logic, metadata, ownership and governance controls within reporting solutions , Integrate reporting processes with SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, supporting automation of repeatable reporting activities , Work with the Business Analyst and stakeholders to understand reporting questions, translate requirements into useful visualisations and iterate solutions through feedback , Support testing, deployment, access management, refresh monitoring, issue resolution and transition into business-as-usual support , Produce clear technical documentation, data dictionaries, report specifications, test evidence, user guidance and handover materials , Contribute analytical evidence to the stakeholder and organisational engagement data discovery and future investment roadmap ] Requirements: Power BI, Power Query, Data models, DAX, SharePoint, Power Automate, Business Analyst, Testing, Quality assurance, Stakeholder management, Audit, Power Platform Additionally: Employee referral bonus, Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, Paid Holidays.
