Exchange Support Engineer

• 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Support
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online / Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server / SQL Database Administration
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good customer-facing and communication skills
• Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Kraków
