About the company / project
* You will join a team developing modern digital financial products used by a large number of customers.
* You will work on mobile applications, shared business logic, backend services, and production systems.
* The organization is moving toward smaller teams with greater product ownership, wider code sharing across platforms, and practical use of AI tools in the development process.

Scope of responsibilities
* Creating and developing features of mobile applications used by real users.
* Developing shared business logic for mobile platforms, mainly using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
* Creating backend services and APIs in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
* Working with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production environments.
* Optimizing performance, reliability, security, and user experience.
* Using AI tools to support development, testing, documentation, and problem analysis.
* Close collaboration with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams.
* Co-creating engineering best practices and mentoring other developers.
* Responsibility for delivering functionality from design through to production deployment.
