Your profile

Solid understanding of direct and indirect tax regulations across Europe & EMEA (VAT, CIT, WHT, excise where applicable) and very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
Proven experience in finance transformation (with tangible & scalable projects with focus on Business Outcomes - not only FTEs reduction) and very strong end-to-end process knowledge within finance (Tax and Statutory, Controllership, Record to Report)
Ability to shape transformation story & sell transformation projects leveraging available offers & products.
Experience and awareness of RFI/RFP process, negotiations skills, executive presence & managing senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with tax ERP modules (SAP, Oracle) and tax reporting tools and experience with automation tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Vertex, Thomson Reuters, OneSource).
Awareness and experience with Tax & Stat automation solutions including GenAI/Agentic.
High level of consulting skills including hypothesis driven analysis, collaborative meeting management, data collection & diagnostics, storytelling & storyboarding.
Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CIPS, CPSM, CSCP or similar) as well as a university degree in a related field.

As a Tax & Statutory Global Process Owner you will create a business platform from which we will be able to deliver next generation’s innovations, generate business volume and value through Best In Class processes and automation and develop high-level business relations. As an innovator and master in your domain, you will be accountable for the overall strategy planning, inventive product development and high-quality execution and management of your domain processes.

Using strong technical tax knowledge and understanding of regional tax regulations, this role contributes to tax compliance, tax reporting, tax controversy support, and process improvement initiatives.
