Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or experience in IT.
  • Familiarity with IT processes and general understanding of IT controls and governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Role Summary:


The IT Compliance Specialist supports the effective execution of IT Compliance activities by assisting in audits, contributing to remediation efforts, participating in risk assessments, maintaining documentation, and helping with the use and improvement of ITGRC tools. The role ensures alignment with compliance requirements while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Location: Wrocław, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid — 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for travel to Head Office in Brussels
  • Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English is essential.
