Java Developer

Java Developer – Trading Data| Hybrid 4 days in office | Warsaw

You will:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions for trading data platform and trade booking/control systems
• Scale the platform and build dashboards to increase platform usage
• Collaborate with stakeholders, integrate systems and optimize performance
• Work with AI-driven development tools and AI agents
• Contribute to the platform's move to the cloud (AWS)

You bring:

• 5+ years of commercial Java experience (Java 21, moving to Java 25)
• Familiarity with other languages such as C++ and Python
• Experience with Kafka, Gitlab and monitoring tools (Prometheus/SRE principles)
• Database experience (Hazelcast, MongoDB, SingleStore, Spanner)
• Experience with Java frameworks (in-house Boltweb; Spring experience beneficial)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
