Managing Director

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of managing a business unit, subsidiary or similar organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience developing sales organisations and new markets.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement.
• Experience within industrial services, industrial installation, plant engineering, maintenance, building materials, refractory, cement, lime or related sectors.
• Experience in business transformation, organisational development or company build-up environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy level and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent Polish and strong English and/or German communication skills.
