Strong commercial experience in test automation / Quality Engineering / SDET / Backend Engineering
Strong Java and/or Groovy skills, with solid hands-on experience in automation
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites
Strong understanding of software quality and test automation principles
Practical and advanced use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering/testing work
Ability to independently analyze existing solutions and identify areas for improvement
