QA Engineer BDD & Automation

• Extensive experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or QA Automation Engineer
• Strong understanding of software quality engineering principles and modern testing strategies.
• Experience defining testing approaches and quality processes for complex software products.
• Experience with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Gherkin.
• Experience creating structured test specifications and executable scenarios.
• Strong experience with API testing and automated API test design.
• Experience building and maintaining automated UI tests using Playwright.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining CI/CD quality pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to identify quality risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product owners
• Experience in ERP, Finance or Accounting software.

Nice to have:

• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
• Experience creating executable specifications from business requirements.
• ISTQB certification.
• Knowledge of modern quality engineering and shift-left testing practices.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams on quality engineering and test automation practices.

Join a long-term product development initiative focused on improving software quality through test automation, API testing and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD). You will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders and business representatives to help build quality into the product from the earliest stages of development.
