What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • University degree in one of the following fields: Banking, Finance, Accountancy or Economics.
  • Solid experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and credit risk assessment.
  • Experience with financial and risk tools and ad-hoc client queries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality delivery, with a professional, appropriately critical mindset and the ability to maintain excellent service standards for internal and external clients.
  • Eye for detail, result-oriented and like to work pro-actively.
  • Strong analytical capability, able to multi-task and manage multiple applications concurrently

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Regional Business Support Specialist will join the RBS team in Cracow, providing support for the processing of credit transactions and related administrative activities for HSBC businesses across multiple European countries. The role is integral to supporting Relationship Management teams across Europe with credit-related activities.
