- Experience with platform configuration & customization

- Strong experience as ServiceNow Developer
- Solid expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt)
- Experience designing technical solutions
- Knowledge of integrations (REST / SOAP / MID Server)
- Ability to mentor junior developers
- English level C1 (advanced / fluent)
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of ITIL / Agile
- Scripting & performance optimization skills

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. Depending on your experience level (Regular / Senior), you will design, develop, and optimize solutions within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) area, working on enterprise-scale implementations.
