Road Transport Procurement Lead Europe

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transport procurement.
• Strong practical experience in road freight / FTL.
• Excellent knowledge of the European carrier and transport market.
• Proven experience in independently managing sourcing, negotiations and contracting.
• Ability to identify and onboard new suppliers and manage the process end-to-end.
• Knowledge of transport cost optimization and fleet utilization.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• High level of independence, ownership and initiative.
• Fluent English.
