8+ years of overall professional experience in IT, or product delivery roles, ideally in complex global organizations
3 - 5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with proven ability to own and drive a product vision, translate business needs into product roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams
5+ years hands-on experience on SAP ERP FICO, exposure with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP system, with strong focus on SAP FI-MM integration, FI-AP, FI-APP modules
Proven expertise in SAP FI and related financial processes (I2P, AP)
Experience working with Basware or similar invoicing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimisation.
A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
