SAP HCM Consultant

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY), particularly German Payroll.
• Practical knowledge of German payroll regulations and processes, including ELStAM, DEÜV and rvBEA.
• Experience in SAP HCM configuration, including payroll functions, rules and processes.
• Experience in handling incidents, change requests and emergency situations in an SAP environment.
• Strong communication skills and proven experience working directly with clients.
• Fluent English.

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join a team responsible for the maintenance and development of SAP HCM processes, with a strong focus on German Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA).

The role combines hands-on SAP configuration and payroll expertise with direct client communication and end-to-end ownership of incidents and change requests.

,[Independently manage and resolve incidents, hot fixes and change requests in SAP HCM, mainly within German Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA)., Analyse business requirements and reported issues, assess possible solutions, and configure and implement changes in SAP., Troubleshoot issues related to German Payroll, taking into account local regulations and processes such as ELStAM, ELStAM-PKV, DEÜV and rvBEA., Perform technical payroll activities, including data preparation, system configuration and follow-up activities., Communicate directly with clients, requestors and Project Managers throughout the entire process, from initial analysis to resolution and closure., Participate in testing and validation of implemented changes and prepare relevant technical and functional documentation., Provide support during emergency situations and short-term SAP Payroll disruptions., Support HRSP imports and perform SPDD/SPAU analysis., Handle the import and processing of initial OSS corrections., Cooperate with project teams and clients to ensure the continuity, stability and correct operation of HR and Payroll processes.] Requirements: SAP HCM, SAP, german Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
