5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in financial services.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle and credit risk processes.

Proven track record in delivering technology, data, automation, or AI-driven solutions.

Experience working directly with engineering and data teams on complex requirements.

Excellent skills in requirements engineering: workshops, process modeling, data analysis, and writing user stories.

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and ensure solutions address real problems.

Agile delivery experience and ability to manage priorities in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
