Senior DevOps Engineer

10+ years of experience in software engineering Hands-on experience with at least two of the following technologies: Java, Python, Node.js, Go
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services including GKE, Cloud Run, Identity-Aware Proxy, and Cloud SQL
Experience with PostgreSQL databases
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery
Experience with container security and compliance automation
Experience managing secrets and security controls
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to analyze and improve engineering performance using DORA metrics
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Terraform
Ability to support production environments and incident response

Nice to have

Experience working in large-scale cloud transformation programs
Knowledge of open-source platform modernization initiatives
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering environments
Exposure to React applications and frontend delivery
Experience replacing proprietary platforms with open-source solutions
Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices

What will you do?

Join a strategic transformation initiative focused on building a high-performance open-source ecosystem on Google Cloud Platform. As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery across a complex polyglot environment, ensuring secure software delivery, operational excellence, scalable cloud infrastructure, and effective collaboration between engineering and business stakeholders.
