Solution Engineer with German

• Great communication: English and German (B2/C1).


• Customer support experience.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

• A good understanding of data modeling ERDs and RESTful APIs, JSON payloads.


• Ability to switch between different environments, adapt, and learn new skills and processes quickly.


• Ability to create and maintain process documentation.

As a Solution Engineer at Fieldcode, you will be in direct contact with our customers to translate their field service management processes into a solution in Fieldcode: from discovery and scoping of the requirements to the configuration and support of the solution with the support of the Customer Success & Support Teams, Project Management, Technical Support, and Training.
