Supplier Relationship Manager MRO Indirect Procurement with German

• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement
• Strong understanding of indirect categories such as MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations), PPE, tools, consumables, and facility services
• Fluency in German and English - both used on a daily basis
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management experience
• Proven track record of delivering savings and commercial value
• Experience working with technical categories (e.g. spare parts, maintenance services, consumables)
• Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Ariba)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in an international environment
