  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in financial services, banking or lending environments
  • Deep knowledge of loan products and lending workflows including origination, underwriting, drawdown and repayment cycles
  • Strong understanding of booking systems, GL mapping and event-driven accounting behaviours
  • Working knowledge of liquidity principles and their application to lending and treasury operations
  • Demonstrated experience working in large-scale programmes with multiple workstreams and cross-system dependencies
  • Experience with mixed delivery environments combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven ability to run effective stakeholder workshops and manage complex stakeholder alignment
  • Strong requirements management skills with ability to produce clear, testable, traceable requirements
  • Experience supporting test strategy, UAT execution and business sign-off
  • Knowledge of regulatory expectations, internal controls, operational resilience and governance frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex business concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience producing business analysis artefacts such as process maps, data lineage and decision logs

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's delivery team in Krakow. You'll take ownership of business analysis across lending products and booking systems, working closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Treasury and Finance. Position Overview

As Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead discovery and delivery of requirements for lending and treasury initiatives. You'll work across mixed delivery environments, partnering with multiple stakeholder groups to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements. Your role will directly influence how lending products flow through booking systems, how liquidity is managed, and how controls and governance are embedded. You'll contribute to successful delivery of complex programmes, from initial scope through to cutover and hypercare.
