Working Student – IT Support

• Good knowledge of English, both
  written and verbal
• 
  Interest and experience in
  standard PC environment
• 
  Experience in working in
  Windows 11
• 
  Understanding for PC hardware,
  how it connects and operates
• 
  Service-minded with a
  problem-solving mindset
• 
  Comfortable to work in MS Outlook,
  Excel and Word
• 
  Well-structured and interested
  in learning, understanding and improving internal processes
• 
  Basic knowledge of Active
  Directory and computer network set will be an advantage

Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping people solve everyday IT challenges? We are looking for a hands-on, service-minded team member to support our workplace technology and keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Manging stock of company PCs/accessories/mobile phones. Assist with disposal of the old hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, PCs reinstallation
• Support office printers
• Support audio-video equipment in conference rooms
• Prepare workplaces for new employees (PCs, monitors, docking stations, cables etc.)
• Support network troubleshooting between ISP and company network department
• Create incidents/service request to company support teams
